What is it and who is it for?

A realistic approach to running for people who are busy. The perfect addition to your fitness routine. 3 runs per week, always 30 minutes or less

How does the program work?

3 runs per week, all 30 minutes or less. Workouts are posted on Sunday

What’s included with membership?

Membership includes weekly workouts, progress tracking, accountability, community support, early access to apparel, and access to team runs and challenges.

How do I track my progress?

You log your runs through a Google Form and can view your full run history, stats, and monthly progress inside Google Sheets.

How does motivation and accountability work?

Each month we recognize effort through awards like Most Improved, Highest Mileage, and 100% Adherence — effort matters more than speed. We don’t judge performance — we expect effort and consistency, and the program is built to fit real life, not force you into a rigid schedule.

How much does it cost?
